2015 EDiM Day 5 - Something Hot
Twelve years in New Mexico made us into chile snobs. We are always on the lookout for the pleasantly hot Hatch chiles we fell in love with in the southwest and that we rarely find in the northeast. Rarity makes them extra special.
Today's stamp--it's a big one!
